Job summary

Toby's Sports is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support Branch Supervisors and ensure back-office operations run smoothly at our Cebu outlets, including SM Seaside Cebu and Runnr Ayala Cebu.

You will monitor store inventory and accuracy, perform clerical tasks, and step in for supervisors when needed. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, computer literacy, and strong attention to detail are required; leadership and cashiering experience are advantageous in this sports retail environment.

Job description

Inventory Assistants assist the Branch Supervisor/Asst. Branch Supervisor in the efficient operations of the back office and in maintaining operational efficiency in the selling area and all clerical works. He/She is responsible for the store's operational efficiency in the absence of the Branch Supervisor and the Asst. Branch Supervisor. He/She is also tasked to handle the store's inventory monitoring and accuracy processes and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related courses
• Computer literate
• Must be detail-oriented
• With strong leadership
• Experience in Cashiering is advantage
• Inclined in Sports is an advantage
