A leading HR Consulting firm seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels across retail stores and warehouses. The successful candidate will support sales performance and minimize discrepancies through accurate inventory analysis. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, strong analytical skills, and at least 2–3 years of experience in the inventory or retail industry. This role is full-time and based on-site in Mandaluyong City.
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years’ experience in inventory, retail, or apparel industry is preferred.
Experience in fashion retail is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels per store, warehouse, and SKU.
Analyze sales and inventory data to identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
Prepare inventory reports including stock status, aging, and sell-through analysis.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Buying teams for replenishment and allocation of stocks.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and variances.
Skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP is an advantage)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
