Job summary

Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Accounting Officer to maintain accurate inventory records across locations, ensuring data integrity in NetSuite and reliable financial reporting.

You will manage item master data, adjust inventory, monitor costing, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse, production, and other teams to align with financial goals. This on-site role requires a degree in accounting and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years in inventory accounting or related role.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of inventory costing and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update item master records, BOMs, inventory, and non-inventory items in NetSuite.
• Create, validate, and update product information, standard costs, and item records to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor inventory costs, perform item revaluations, and support inventory cost analysis.
• Process inventory adjustments, including transfers, destructions, donations, returns, and other inventory-related transactions in NetSuite.
• Record and reconcile inventory transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other departments to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process adjustments related to external support, sample issuances, office consumption, free goods, and housekeeping inventory.
• Work closely with the Landed Cost Officer to resolve inventory discrepancies arising from purchase orders.
• Conduct monthly reviews of production spoilage adjustments to ensure accurate inventory costing and recording.
• Monitor synchronization of newly created items between NetSuite and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support inventory audits and maintain complete and accurate inventory documentation.
