Job summary

IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPC is seeking an IT Modern Workplace Administrator to govern Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management across devices and users.

You will implement policies, manage device provisioning with Autopilot, deploy Win32 apps, maintain SOE images, oversee security baselines, and support hybrid deployments while coordinating with project delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field is required.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management, including device configuration, policies, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory with Group Policies and app packaging from scratch.
• PowerShell scripting capability for automation and deployment tasks.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments and endpoint security basics.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune across Windows and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity lifecycle, including Conditional Access and MFA.
• Implement and maintain MDM policies across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Package and deploy Win32/MSI/EXE apps via Intune and PowerShell.
• Configure compliance policies, profiles, and security baselines.
• Maintain SOE images and endpoint configurations aligned with Autopilot/Intune.
• Coordinate application compatibility testing for SOE and platform updates.
• Oversee SOE image updates, regression testing, and controlled releases.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Monitor endpoint security tools including CrowdStrike and respond to issues.
