Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex database and infrastructure initiatives across enterprise environments. This individual will be responsible for driving project delivery, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, managing governance and reporting processes, and ensuring successful execution of infrastructure modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure project management experience with the ability to partner effectively with technical engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and database-related projects from initiation through completion.


• Manage database upgrades, migrations, environment builds, and platform modernization initiatives.


• Drive projects focused on high availability, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, and infrastructure lifecycle management.


• Coordinate across multiple technical teams, including database, cloud, network, security, storage, and compute organizations.


• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.


• Facilitate project governance activities, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.


• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure successful project execution.


• Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.


• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, database, or cloud-focused projects.
