Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Communications, Multimedia, or related programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Canva, AI tools, video editing, data visualization, or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Creative and willing to learn, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and user-friendly content.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Solutions Delivery team in developing user-friendly documentation and preparing reports for IT operations and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to video guide development by transforming procedures into visual materials based on existing MOPs and guides.
• Consolidate incident resolution notes and identify recurring solutions and best practices; create infographics for users and IT stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and visual summaries to support monitoring and management reporting.

Insular Life, the first and largest Filipino life insurance company, is inviting qualified students to join our Information Technology Group as interns under the IT Solutions Delivery. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in IT documentation, knowledge management, incident analysis, reporting, and digital communication within a corporate environment.

Internship Details

• Open to currently enrolled IT, Communications, Multimedia college students

• Minimum of 400 internship hours

• Allowance provided

• Hybrid work arrangement (Work-from-Home and Onsite in Alabang)

• Exposure to IT Solutions Delivery and enterprise technology operations

• Mentorship and guidance from experienced IT professionals

Key Responsibilities

The Intern will support the IT Solutions Delivery team in developing user-friendly documentation, analyzing incident resolution information, and preparing reports that support IT operations and stakeholder communication.

Specific responsibilities include:

Video Guide Development

• Create video guides based on existing Manuals of Procedure (MOPs) and other user guides.
• Help transform technical procedures into clear and easy-to-understand visual materials for users.

Incident Resolution & Best Practices

• Consolidate incident resolution notes and identify recurring solutions and best practices.
• Create infographics that summarize key troubleshooting practices and useful information for users and IT stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Consolidation

• Consolidate FS statistics and relevant operational data from available sources.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and visual summaries to support monitoring and management reporting.
