Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites applications for a Project Analyst based at the Indonesia Resident Mission. The role supports country operations, portfolio management, and administrative functions across sectors.

You will coordinate with government agencies, prepare analytical inputs, and assist with project processing. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of international agency experience, along with strong English communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, social development, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in international agencies.
• Knowledge of operational processes of a multilateral development bank.
• Experience supporting project implementation and monitoring.
• Experience engaging with government and external partners.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, graphics, databases and IT tools.
• Excellent English written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project administration and review bid documents.
• Prepare project performance reports and procurement follow-ups.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for LFIS and project dashboards.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external partners on project issues.
• Support missions and input to memoranda and Aide Memoires.
• Monitor risks and CAD indicators; assist capacity development activities.
