Job summary

Canva is hiring for an Internal Coaching role to drive radical mindset transformation through coaching-led support. You will run structured 1:1 journeys, design coaching experiences and contribute to leadership programs, with a focus on mindset and behavior change rather than skills training.

The team operates within the People Experience Group, collaborating across Canvanauts to unlock strengths and sustain lasting change. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated 1:1 coaching experience.
• Completed formal, recognised coach training and accreditation.
• Experience coaching individuals across different levels, not only senior leaders.
• Strong transformational coaching capability with root-cause exploration.
• Available to work full-time, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 coaching journeys: structured, developmental, outcome-focused.
• Deliver group coaching programs and contribute to leadership initiatives.
• Facilitate team coaching sessions and unblock performance barriers.
• Design coaching experiences, develop resources, and participate in working groups.
