Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change management, or a similar role, preferably in IT/tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience creating communication materials such as emails, newsletters, announcements, user guides, FAQs, and infographics.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multi-deliverable management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT communications planning and support for system enhancements and technology rollouts.
• Develop clear, engaging materials: announcements, emails, FAQs, quick guides, infographics, posters, videos.
• Translate technical IT concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with IT project teams to gather accurate information for materials and adoption activities.
• Support post-launch communication and user adoption initiatives to reinforce awareness and usage.
