About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Internal Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join a leading marketing and creative agency. This role focuses on creating high-end visual content for all agency communications and brand materials, working exclusively within the agency's brand to maintain consistent, premium presentation across all touchpoints.

You’ll work directly with the agency’s leadership team, managing the complete internal content pipeline from social media posts and email newsletters to website case studies and proposal presentations. The agency provides established brand guidelines, content frameworks, and clear communication objectives.

What success looks like

Consistently producing premium-quality visual content that reflects the agency’s high-end positioning whilst maintaining brand consistency across all communications. You’ll handle both creative strategy and execution, ensuring all agency communications maintain professional excellence that matches their client work standards.

Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills
