Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent internal controls assistant to help evaluate business processes across stores and departments, identifying weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

You will perform walkthroughs, testing, and remediation validation, support policy rollouts, and ensure inventory and cash controls are followed in daily operations. Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT, you'll track findings, prepare reports, and contribute to training programs to

• Assist in the evaluation and documentation of business processes to identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and validation of remediation activities.
• Support the implementation of internal control projects, policies, and SOP rollouts across stores and departments.
• Monitor compliance with inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and authorization limits.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure consistent control practices.
• Help track audit findings and support the timely resolution of control issues.
• Prepare internal control reports and maintain control documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Participate in training and awareness programs on internal controls and compliance.
