Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications, including newsletters, campaign content, leadership messages, and employee communications.
• Manage and maintain content across internal communication platforms, including SharePoint and social engagement tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with organizational priorities and business objectives.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and information sharing.
• Coordinate communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
• Create scalable communication templates, frameworks, and best practices.
• Maintain consistent voice, tone, and branding across all communication channels.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate, business, or internal communications.
• Experience managing content on SharePoint and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a proven ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
