Bombardier Transportation GmbH is hiring an Intern for the Supply Chain team in Aerospace Mexico. The role focuses on analyzing parked and blocked invoices, coordinating payments, and preparing purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or within 1 year of graduation in business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse parked and blocked invoices.
• Resolve issues preventing payment of invoices.
• Follow up on payment of invoices.
• Create or revise purchase orders for parked/blocked invoices.
• Manage demands and follow-up of prepayment requests.
• Follow up on open purchase orders with suppliers.
• Expedite open purchase orders with suppliers.
• Support logistics agents with slides and documentation for vendor PMR.
• Assist with related tasks.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
• Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
• Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
• Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
• Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
• Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
