Job summary

Kerala Startup Mission, G3B, Thejaswini, Technopark, Trivandrum, seeks a space operations coordinator to manage LEAP Space day-to-day operations, onboard startups, and optimize space utilization.

The role involves coordinating with startups, mentors, partners and visitors, handling agreements and license-fee collection, and ensuring KSUM guidelines compliance. Duration is 6 months with potential extension; degree with 1 year experience required.

Qualifications

• Degree with one year experience
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
• Interest in startup ecosystems and community engagement
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the LEAP Space.
• Identify and onboard startups to the space.
• Help with space utilization, occupancy planning, and desk/office allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for startups, mentors, partners, and visitors
• Support LEAP Zonal incharge in agreement execution (renewals, seat changes, compliance, documentation).
• Assist timely collection of monthly license fees from occupants.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping and facility readiness
• Coordinate startup activities
• Maintain records related to occupancy, revenue, agreements, events, and partner activities.
• Ensure compliance with KSUM operational guidelines and standard procedures

Area of exposure:

• Will get an opportunity act as the primary point of contact for startups, mentors, partners, and visitors
• Will get an opportunity to support LEAP Zonal incharge in agreement execution (renewals, seat changes, compliance, documentation).
• Help with timely collection of monthly license fees from all occupants.
• Should coordinate maintenance, housekeeping and facility readiness
• Should coordinate startup activities
• Need to maintain updated records related to occupancy, revenue, agreements, events, and partner activities.
• Need to help with ensuring compliance with KSUM operational guidelines and standard procedures

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Degree with one year experience
