The Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is responsible for supporting and improving the reliability, availability, and performance of critical banking applications and services. This role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and support partners to investigate issues, drive resolutions, improve monitoring, and implement operational efficiencies.
Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and business processes. Technical aptitude is important, but the ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of problems is equally important.
