Job summary

EROAD Limited, a global fleet management technology company, seeks an Intermediate QA Engineer to validate quality, reliability and performance of its SaaS platform. You will own testing across the full stack and report to the Chapter Lead - QA within an agile team.

You will design and execute test plans for web, mobile, API and backend systems, build automated test suites with Playwright, and integrate tests into CI/CD to keep releases fast and safe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation and testing experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing APIs.
• Web and mobile testing experience.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated test cases.
• Familiarity with agile practices, CI and Git.
• Java or other scripting language for automation.
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tool is a plus.
• Exposure to performance, regression or integration testing is a plus.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

EROAD is a global fleet management technology company known for its telematics platform that helps fleet operators run safer and more compliant operations, and as it continues to grow across New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines and the USA it's looking for an Intermediate QA Engineer to help validate the quality, reliability and performance of its SaaS products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll take ownership of testing across the full stack of our fleet management platform, reporting to the Chapter Lead - QA within a collaborative agile team.

• Design and execute test plans spanning web, mobile, API and backend systems
• Build and maintain automated test suites that catch issues before customers do
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to keep releases moving fast and safe
• Validate performance and reliability of SaaS features as they ship
• Work closely with your agile team throughout the sprint cycle to shape quality from design through to release

WHAT YOU NEED

You'll bring hands-on automation and testing experience that lets you hit the ground running.

Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days onsite (Monday to Thursday) and 1 day work from home (Friday)

6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT shift with a semi-flexible start and end time, subject to team and business requirements.
