Job summary

GHD is seeking an Interior Designer / Revit Modeler to join our Architecture & Design Group. The role focuses on creating conceptual sketches, BIM models, and detailed drawings for diverse projects in the Philippines, with base options in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu depending on home location.

Expect to collaborate across disciplines, attend meetings with clients, and contribute to project programs and fee/time estimates. Applicants must have work rights for the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of local building codes and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual sketches/plans/BIM models/images based on project briefs.
• Attend and participate in client meetings (external and internal GHD clients).
• Prepare detailed drawings based on examples or concept sketches using design and modeling principles.
• Create project drawing lists and coordinate drafting with team members.
• Assist senior staff with project programs and time/cost estimates as required.
