Job summary

Responsibilities

• Convert interior design concepts, sketches, layouts, and markups into accurate AutoCAD construction drawings.
• Prepare floor plans, interior elevations, sections, enlarged details, and other interior documentation.
• Produce detailed furniture, cabinetry, and millwork drawings.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, design markups, and project information.
• Incorporate revisions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized CAD files, layers, line types, and drafting standards.
• Support FF&E documentation and material/finish information.
• Check dimensions, coordination, and drawing accuracy before submission.

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Interior Design Drafter to produce detailed, construction-ready interior drawing sets for U.S. projects.

You’ll take interior design concepts, sketches, markups, reference drawings, and architectural plans and turn them into accurate AutoCAD documentation — including floor plans, interior elevations, sections, enlarged details, furniture drawings, millwork details, and FF&E documentation.

This is a hands-on technical drafting role — not concept design, client presentation, rendering, or project management. We need someone who enjoys the technical side of interiors and takes pride in producing drawings that are accurate, coordinated, organized, and ready for construction.

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines.

IMPORTANT

Strong hands-on AutoCAD 2D drafting experience is required.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of interior design drafting, interior architecture, or architectural drafting experience. A portfolio of interior construction drawings you personally produced is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of interior design drafting, interior architecture, or architectural drafting experience
• Strong hands-on AutoCAD 2D drafting proficiency
• Strong floor plan, interior elevation, section, and detailing experience
• Furniture and millwork detailing experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design markups
• Strong understanding of interior construction and documentation standards
• Excellent dimensional accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong CAD file organization and drafting discipline
• Ability to incorporate redlines and revisions efficiently
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong written and spoken English
• Portfolio showing interior construction drawings you personally produced

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or educational interiors
• Experience working with U.S.-based design or architectural teams
