Job summary

Board Match-Up is seeking an Interim CFO in Bengaluru, India, to work closely with the CEO and leadership during a critical execution phase. This hands-on role combines strategic finance with business partnering, operational rigor, and commercial insight to drive project profitability in a multinational industrial context.

Over 4–6 months, the CFO will strengthen financial performance, improve project visibility, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial functions

Qualifications

• 18–25+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Prior experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Business Finance Head in multinational industrial/engineering environments.
• Strong background in project-based manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or process industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on performance, profitability, and growth decisions.
• Drive financial discipline across project execution and business planning.
• Improve visibility of project margins, cash flow, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Establish meaningful financial reporting for project-based decision making.
• Mentor the finance team and ensure robust governance within a multinational environment.
