Job summary

Chevron Philippines Incorporated in Makati City, Philippines, is hiring an Intercompany Analyst to support finance and accounting operations. You will perform month-end close, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting while collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree major in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit work.
• Effective communicator with various stakeholders and teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in learning digital tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides core finance and accounting services including month end close and reconciliation activities.
• Delivers accurate and timely financials and executes control performance.
• Collaborates with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company.
• Enables process improvement opportunities by understanding end-to-end processes and sharing insights.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Intercompany Analyst.

This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

• Provides core finance and accounting services including month end close process and reconciliation activities
• Delivers accurate and timely financials and execute control performance
• Collaborates with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company
• Enables process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes and bringing your insights and ideas forward
• Supports organizational capability by sharing your knowledge and expertise

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree major in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology and related courses.
• Demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit work
• Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
• Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage
