ProV International Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst specialized in Intelligent Automation. You will collaborate with IA Partners, SMEs and process owners to define automation requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into technical solutions.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with Blue Prism and Azure DevOps, with travel as needed. Join a dynamic team driving automation initiatives across SCM and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience with Business Analysis or Automation/Process Improvement teams.
• Experience with automation software (Blue Prism) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Automation Lifecycle and delivering projects using ALC model.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL for report extraction and basic querying.
• Experience in managing product pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SCM or Finance business contexts.

Responsabilités

• Support IA Partners and Product Lead in value and process assessment for automation.
• Work with SMEs and Process Owners to analyze processes and capture baseline indicators.
• Be the main contact for major business units for IA proposals and change management.
• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for automation initiatives.
• Capture current and future state for automation and translate requirements to IA developers.
• Collaborate with IA Developers in testing, data planning, and UAT.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to drive requirements and drive project prioritization.
• Attend regular meetings to discuss automation performance and enhancements.
