Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a domain management and intellectual property specialist with at least 6 years of domain name management and online brand enforcement experience to join our global IP team.

The role involves managing a large domain portfolio, coordinating with Marketing and Information Security, and supporting trademark and domain portfolios through operational programs and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full domain lifecycle across registrations, transfers, hosting and renewals.
• Fluent English communication required for internal and external collaboration.
• In-house domain infrastructure experience is a plus.

• Manage Accenture’s domain name portfolio and transfer processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and manage risk.
• Oversee a portfolio of thousands of domains.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Information Security to ensure policy compliance.
• Support trademark and domain name portfolios in operations.
• Assist in domain-related investigations, enforcement and due diligence.
• Contribute to developing domain processes, programs, templates, initiatives and training.

Job Summary: Accenture seeks a domain management and intellectual property specialist with at least 6 years of domain name management and online brand enforcement experience to join our global IP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of Accenture’s domain name portfolio and domain transfer processes. Coordinates with internal and external teams to resolve issues and manage risk.
• Oversees a portfolio of several thousand domains
• Partners with other corporate functions departments, including Marketing and Information Security, to ensure that the portfolio is compliant with Accenture policies.
• Supports the IP team by providing operational support in the management of Accenture’s trademark and domain name portfolios.
• Assists in domain-related investigations, enforcement, and due diligence.
• Supports the IP team in developing and implementing domain processes, enterprise programs, templates, strategic initiatives, best practices, and training designed to mitigate risks and maximize business outcomes.

Key Requirements

Education: College degree, licensed lawyer is not required

• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience managing a company's domain infrastructure.
