Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in Manila seeks an Integration Architecture and Governance Architect to lead enterprise integration strategy and governance across APIs, messaging, and cloud-native solutions.

You will guide architecture reviews, risk assessments, and decision records, while steering global teams and delivering reusable patterns and AI-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes driving standards, metrics, and automation to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient integration services.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of enterprise integration architecture experience with leadership accountability.
• 7-10 years leading integration architecture organizations or Centers of Excellence.
• Ownership of enterprise integration strategy across APIs, messaging, event streaming, MFT/B2B, iPaaS, SAP and cloud integration.
• Strong portfolio, capacity, risk and financial management skills.
• Executive-level consulting, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and multi-region service delivery.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps, security architecture, observability, resilience and service management.
• Ability to identify innovation opportunities and drive automation and AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Enterprise Application Integration service strategy and architecture.
• Own the EAI governance framework and review forums.
• Provide senior oversight for new integration assessments via ServiceNow.
• Sponsor PoCs and convert to reusable templates and knowledge assets.
• Lead innovation, AI and governance modernization for integration engineering.
• Act as senior interface for Global FMCG Company delivery leaders; manage governance and reporting.
• Define KPIs and governance dashboards, ensure traceability in ServiceNow and JIRA.
