Cerebrum Design Studio is seeking an Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and help deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.

You will monitor performance, handle feedback, and contribute to opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting budget and timeline management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in client servicing, relationship management, and account coordination within a marketing, advertising, or design agency environment.
• Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, with basic understanding of branding and creative processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
• Handle client feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support budgeting and timeline management and assist with new business development as needed.
