Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Pre-Service Specialist team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate patient estimates, and coach staff on eligibility verification and benefits.

You will partner with patient access, scheduling, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to ensure cost transparency and timely communication, while maintaining EMR accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in Patient Access, revenue cycle or Insurance Verification/Authorization.
• At least 2 years as Supervisor / Team Lead.
• Proficient in EPIC system.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance verification, pre-certification requirements, contract benefits, patient estimates, and medical terminology.
• Managed care knowledge: PPO, POS, HMO.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Pre-Service Specialist team, including workload distribution.
• Monitor patient estimate activities for accuracy, timeliness, and clear patient communication.
• Provide coaching and training on eligibility verification, benefits review, and documentation expectations.
• Review productivity, quality, and aging reports to identify trends and improve processes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient financial questions and payer issues.
• Ensure clear communication of network status, costs, and financial assistance information.
• Collaborate with scheduling, clinical, revenue cycle, and operations teams for effective workflows.
• Audit EMR documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and department policies.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development activities.
