Virtuale Staffing is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient insurance coverage, confirm eligibility and benefits, and coordinate with admissions and billing teams to support patient admissions and treatment workflows.

This role requires strong English communication, meticulous documentation, and discretion while handling PHI/PII in a structured healthcare environment onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with U.S. insurance terminology and payer workflows.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and coverage details
• Contact insurance carriers via phone and payer portals
• Document verification outcomes accurately within client systems
• Identify coverage limitations, exclusions, deductibles, and authorization requirements
• Coordinate with admissions and billing teams regarding patient financial clearance
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and PII in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Provide professional and empathetic communication when interacting with stakeholders

The Insurance Verification Specialist will support a luxury behavioralhealth and addiction treatment provider by verifying patient insurancecoverage, confirming eligibility and benefits, documenting coverage details,and coordinating with internal teams to support patient admissions andtreatment workflows.
