Job summary

Gratitude Philippines seeks a candidate with at least 12 months of BPO experience and non-life insurance background (property & casualty). The role covers policy servicing, billing, and high-volume calls in a brokerage setting.

On-site work is required in Taguig. You will coordinate with multiple carriers for endorsements, renewals, and inquiries, process endorsements in broker systems (AMS, Applied Epic or similar), handle premium receivables, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have insurance background in non-life, property and casualty.
• Experience with home and auto loan processes preferred.
• On-site work setup in Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals.
• Process endorsements using broker management systems (AMS, Applied Epic or similar).
