Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience within the Insurance industry (Life, P&C, Health, or Commercial).
• Digital Experience: Proven track record of actively contributing to end-to-end digital app implementations (Mobile & Web) from discovery to launch.
• AI & Tech Familiarity: Direct experience working with or implementing AI tools/solutions (e.g., automated claims processing, AI chat assistants, OCR, predictive modeling tools).
• Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models, including writing detailed user stories and backlog grooming.
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro/Figma, and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
