Qualifications
- Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Insurance Accounts, Healthcare Accounts, Retirement Services Accounts, or Financial Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
- Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
- Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
- Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
- Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
- Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
