Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/insurance or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome
• Exposure to insurance, reinsurance, risk management, or client servicing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in research, data management, proposal preparation, and report generation
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Customer-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn

• Support lead generation, prospecting, and business development to acquire new clients.
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, renewal presentations, reports, and client materials.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and opportunities.
• Support management of client portfolios, renewal monitoring, and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate with insurers, underwriters, and partners to secure quotations and policy information.
• Maintain accurate client records, pipelines, and sales reports.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support related initiatives.
• Work with broking, claims, operations, and internal teams for seamless servicing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards
