Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 1+ year of auditing, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, or related experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing financial, operational, compliance, and internal control audit procedures.
• Review general ledger activity, trial balances, account schedules, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Perform audit testing across cash, receivables, payables, premiums, claims, reserves, and other accounts.
• Prepare audit workpapers documenting procedures, evidence, findings, and conclusions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain information and resolve audit questions.
• Maintain audit evidence and documentation for policyholders, customers, vendors, carriers, and other partners.
