Job summary

Yokogawa Philippines, Inc. invites applications for a Project Instrumentation Engineer. You will support project execution, FAT, and commissioning, with hands-on involvement in design, installation, and testing at client sites in the Philippines.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering related fields and at least 2 years in instrumentation & control; proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Commissioning Support: Assist in executing project and installation engineering work from design generation and FAT to punch-list recovery, site supervision, start-up, and commissioning.
• Engineering Design & Documentation: Assist in gathering technical documents from clients and preparing or modifying instrumentation engineering data, drawings, and basic/detailed designs for customer approval.
• Understands customer’s requirements using customer’s documents and/or conducts technical clarification meetings to accurately describe customer’s requirements; supports deliverables with approval of supervisor.
• Submits weekly reports and end of project reports for monitoring.
• Prepares and compiles As-built documents for future references.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and/or other related course

• Submits weekly reports and end of project reports to immediate superior for monitoring purposes.

• Prepares and compiles As-built documents so that all engineering work is documented for future references.
