Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an Instrument Foreman to oversee on-site instrumentation activities and coordinate a team of technicians in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

You will work with project managers and engineers to plan, schedule, and monitor instrumentation tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion, while maintaining detailed progress records for management review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of instrumentation experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including calibration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to instrumentation operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics related to instrumentation.
• Field experience related water metering, water pipe fitting, electromagnet water flow meters, flow measurement maintenance, calibration of water meters, etc.
