Job summary

Candy Corner Philippines Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Staff to conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of kiosks, facilities, and equipment across stores.

The role requires basic electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills, the ability to use hand and electrical tools safely, and willingness to travel between mall locations. Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• Experience in kiosk or facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, carpentry, and troubleshooting works.
• Able to use hand tools and electrical tools safely.
• Physically fit and willing to do field work.
• Willing to travel to different store or mall locations.
• Can work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and preventive maintenance of kiosks, facilities, and equipment.
• Perform minor and major repairs for electrical, lighting, signage, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance concerns.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Replace defective fixtures, lights, transformers, outlets, switches, and other components.
• Install and repair signage, graphics.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Assist during store ingress, pull-out, and renovation activities.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and on-site concerns.
