Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to supervise students across settings (playground, cafeteria, etc.).
• Able to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in an urban environment.
