Emapta Philippines seeks an AU Insolvency Analyst to contribute to Australian insolvency engagements, conduct investigations, and prepare ASIC reports. You will support asset realization and work within a globally exposure-rich, award-winning professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting) or Law with interest in insolvency.
• 1–2 years of insolvency and financial recovery experience.
• Experience liaising with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare receipt authorities, payment authorities, day-one investigation letters, statutory forms, and letters of demand.
• Conduct investigations for assigned insolvency engagements.
• Support trade-on operations for businesses under administration.
• Perform stocktakes of company goods and assets.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to ASIC and creditors.
• Draft correspondence and serve as primary contact for creditors and stakeholders.
• Support asset realization processes and analyze financial positions.
