Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B customer service experience.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer requests and inbox management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in the IT or technology industry is an advantage.
• Understanding or experience with Microsoft licensing programs is an advantage.
• Experience using enterprise-level reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a unified account team with inside and outside sales.
• Research and fulfill customer quote requests and support the management of customers' annuity business.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology trends, pricing programs, licensing models, and sales processes relevant to each customer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Work closely with the Account Management team and other internal stakeholders to effectively manage and maintain customers' annuity business.
• Partner with Softchoice's technology partners and vendors to identify competitive pricing, product availability, and alternative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain and update non-standardized customer documentation accurately and confidently.
• Support project-based activities when required, including equipment delivery forecasting, coordinating specialized deliveries, and maintaining documentation to track project progress.
• Collaborate with the team to minimize escalations, reduce customer risk, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support customer and account management activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes.
