Job summary

RingCentral is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines to drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting product presentations remotely. You will join a fast-paced sales team and work with cross-functional partners to close deals.

You should have 2–3 years in inside sales or related roles, strong communication, and a proven track record meeting quotas. We offer an HMO, PTO leaves, quarterly bonuses, and wellness programs to support your success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Lead Qualification Skills Qualitative Selling experience is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection, address client concerns, and pitch value propositions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high call volumes, email outreach, and CRM hygiene simultaneously.
• A goal oriented, resilient mindset suited for target-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly master the RingCentral product suite and stay up to date on new features and capabilities.
• Efficiently assimilate product knowledge, system workflows, and platform updates to act as a subject matter expert for prospective clients.
• Qualify leads to determine fit and buying intent.
• Pitch products or services to prospective buyers, explaining value propositions clearly.
• Conduct online product demonstrations, presentations, and discovery calls.
• Negotiate timeline, handle customer objections, and close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Manage lead & opportunity pipeline to maximize revenue. This includes individual sales reporting and forecasting as well as following up consistently on deals and post-demo evaluations.
• Partner with the field sales team, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for any pre-sales inquiries.
• Run enablement sessions to the partner sales teams and promote co-selling to customers.
• Work closely with Marketing and Field Sales to streamline lead handoffs and refine sales strategies based on prospect feedback.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
