Zohorecruit in the Philippines is seeking an energetic inside sales specialist to drive new business for our lending partners. You will make high-volume calls to business owners and decision-makers, set appointments, and manage leads through the funnel.

Ideal candidates have fluent American English, proven inside sales experience, and strong CRM skills. You will collaborate with loan officers, meet monthly targets, and enjoy performance-based incentives in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English with clear American accent.
• Minimum of 2+ years in inside sales (B2B lending or financial services preferred).
• Experience using CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and ability to handle high-volume calling.
