Job summary

Noventiq is expanding its SMB sales team in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on producing high-quality leads, advancing opportunities, and meeting profitability targets. You will provide strong sales support, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.

This position reports to the SMB Lead. Your responsibilities include end-to-end sales activities, outbound qualification calls, and crafting industry-specific pitches to generate new business with diligent CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/tele-sales experience preferred in IT (Microsoft licenses, hardware, cloud).
• Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
• Must be target-oriented, self-starter and driven to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process: identify, create leads, and close sales.
• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify client interest in software solutions.
• Develop pitches targeting specific industry sectors and follow up on leads.
