Job summary

Coronis-Health-LL in the Philippines seeks an experienced Inpatient Medical Coding Team Leader to oversee a team of coders, auditors, trainers, or customer service agents, ensuring daily targets and quality standards.

Under supervision, you will organize workflows, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and communicate with clients to resolve issues while maintaining adherence to Labor Code guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Medical Coding Team Leader.
• Must have Inpatient Coding Certification such as CPC/CIC/CCA/ CCS-P/ CCS.
• Bachelor's degree in medical records or any medical allied field.
• Very good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to motivate team members to perform at their optimum levels.
• Must be results driven and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational management including assignment of work orders and daily objectives.
• Allocate resources based on approval to meet reporting targets.
• Respond to client queries and concerns with effective solutions.
• Participate in teleconference calls with the client to improve relationships.
• Conduct performance reviews with staff periodically.
• Provide updates based on client directives and ensure staff levels are adequate.
• Manage month-end projects and prepare reports for management review.
• Contribute to staff development and coaching sessions.
