Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy seeks an experienced Support Inpatient Coder - QA Specialist to join our healthcare operations team in the Philippines. The role focuses on inpatient coding accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance, ensuring high standards across audits.

Responsibilities include reviewing coded records, performing QA checks, and collaborating with clinicians and coders. A CCS/CPC/CIC certification and inpatient coding experience are required; willingness to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Allied course or PRN/PHRN.
• Must hold CCS, CPC, or CIC certification.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical or hospital experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient medical coding experience.
• Inpatient Coding Audit or QA experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends, night shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance through QA processes.
• Perform inpatient coding and auditing tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to maintain coding quality.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and data entry.
