Job summary

weSource Management Consultancy Firm is hiring an Inpatient Coder QA Specialist (Non-Voice Support) for the Taguig area. The role offers hybrid work with a flexible shifting schedule and a salary up to PHP 100,000 depending on IP experience and tenure.

The position requires a PRN/Medical Allied license and CCS/CPC/CIC inpatient certification, plus 1+ year clinical experience and 3+ years IP coding. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have PRN/Medical Allied license.
• Must have a CCS/CPC/CIC Certification (Inpatient).
• At least 1 year recent and pertinent clinical/hospital experience.
• At least 3 years experience of IP coding experience. Preferably, Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
• Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit inpatient medical records and coding assignments for accuracy
• Validate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS code assignments for inpatient encounters
• Perform quality assurance reviews on inpatient coding outputs
• Identify coding discrepancies and provide feedback for correction and education
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
• Support audit documentation and quality reporting initiatives
• Collaborate with coding, clinical, and revenue cycle teams
