Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop electrical designs, layouts, and technical drawings for building projects in Laguna.

You will create power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems, coordinating with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure code compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of PEC, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred or required depending on project requirements.
• Experience in electrical design for building/construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drafting and design.
• Knowledge of SLDs, load calculations, and panel scheduling.
• Familiarity with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs, layouts, and technical drawings for building projects.
• Develop plans for power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Prepare SLDs, load schedules, panel schedules, and schematics.
• Assist in selecting panels, breakers, cables, and components.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure compliance.
• Review drawings for codes and project requirements; support site inspections.
