Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer (MDE) in Laguna, Philippines.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in mechanical design, drafting, or engineering support, and a strong ability to read technical drawings with attention to detail. You will assist senior engineers, prepare drawings, and coordinate with production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure design requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical design, drafting or engineering support.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit or other design software.
• SolidWorks knowledge is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise mechanical drawings and design layouts.
• Assist senior engineers in project design and development.
• Coordinate with production, fabrication and project teams.
• Ensure accuracy of technical drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to design activities.
• Conduct site visits or inspections when necessary.
• Support project implementation and engineering activities.
