Job summary

Furukawa Electric Autoparts Philippines Inc. seeks a qualified technician to support manufacturing operations in Laguna. The role requires a vocational/technical graduate with basic injection molding machine knowledge and at least 1 year in manufacturing.

You must be willing to work in shifts and render OT when needed, and promote 5S and safety in the workplace. Responsibilities include minor machine and parameter adjustments to reduce quality defects, responding to Andon requests, and reporting

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical course graduate.
• At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge in machine maintenance and calibration.

Responsibilities

• 2D or minor machine and parameter adjustment for quality defect improvement.
• Respond to all Andon Action Request.
• Implement 5S and Safety in workplace.
• Suggest and implement Kaizen activity.
• Make daily job report.
• Follow work instruction standard & procedures in executing the job.
