Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS/AI or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of NLP model development and deployment.
• Strong Python and ML library skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Deep NLP knowledge (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with LLMs and cloud/MLOps is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy NLP ML models for various tasks.
• Preprocess and clean large text datasets; feature engineering.
• Evaluate models with suitable metrics; iterate for improvement.
• Stay updated with NLP and ML research.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and PMs to deploy models.
• Maintain robust code and docs for ML pipelines.
• Experiment with architectures (Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs) for NLP.
• Address ethics and bias in NLP models.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
