Concepcion Business Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across all sites in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• CCNA or equivalent certification; ITIL Foundation is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive IT Network Infrastructure and Security experience, with 2–3 years in a lead role.
• 10+ years of multisite enterprise infrastructure and cloud experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Cloud/On-Premise systems for high availability and performance.
• Govern cybersecurity posture across firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead incident and SLA management; drive RCAs and report SLA performance to leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a team of network/infrastructure engineers; set KPIs and development plans.
• Collaborate with SBU heads, leaders, and vendors to deliver projects on time and optimize costs.
• Manage IT assets and budgets; optimize licenses, hardware, and telecom subscriptions.

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead the end-to-end management of CBSI's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage & Optimize Infrastructure — Oversee LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Cloud/On-Premise systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of servers, network devices, storage, and endpoints.
• Drive Cybersecurity Governance — Govern the organization's security posture covering firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response — ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Incident & SLA Management — Serve as the operational lead for infrastructure incidents, service requests, and change management; drive RCAs and deliver SLA performance reports to leadership.
• Develop & Inspire a Team — Coach, mentor, and grow a team of network and infrastructure engineers through performance evaluations, KPI setting, and career development planning.
• Engage Stakeholders & Improve Continuously — Collaborate with SBU heads, functional leaders, and vendors to deliver infrastructure projects on time, optimize costs, and elevate service quality.
• Manage Budget & IT Assets — Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and optimize software licenses, hardware, and telecom subscriptions for cost efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• CCNA or equivalent certification ITIL Foundation
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT Network Infrastructure and Security with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• 10 plus years with experience managing multisite enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
