Job summary

Accenture in Mandaluyong is seeking a hands-on lead developer to guide a cross-functional team across frontend, backend, data, and AI workstreams. You will drive critical design decisions on integration patterns and API contracts, and orchestrate AI models with Azure Foundry and Azure Services.

Build serverless architectures with Azure Functions and API Management, and own the data layer for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services in production.
• Hands-on Python / FastAPI / REST API development.
• Proficiency in React and full-stack design across frontend and backend.
• Strong SQL Server relational database design and performance tuning.
• Experience deploying cloud-native or serverless apps on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Proven team leadership and code review capabilities.
• Experience in enterprise/consulting environments with stakeholder navigation.

Job description

Support the lead developer on hands-on development, and guide a cross-functional team of engineers across frontend, backend, data, and AI workstreams.
Make critical design decisions on integration patterns, API contracts, and AI model orchestration
Lead the integration of Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
Design and implement serverless architecture using Azure Functions and Azure API Management
Own the data layer — schema design, query optimization, and database performance
Oversee and contribute to full-stack development across React, Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions including deployment strategy and environment management
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the codebase
Lead, mentor, and upskill junior developers through regular coaching and technical guidance
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders — communicating architecture decisions, risks, and delivery progress

Must have a working and applied experience/knowledge on the following:

Proven experience building and deploying cloud-native or serverless applications on Microsoft Azure
Hands-on exposure to Azure AI / OpenAI services — including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI workflows
Strong foundation in full-stack development — comfortable moving between frontend (React), backend (Python/FastAPI), and database layers (SQL Server)
Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments — able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while delivering technical outcomes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies — able to estimate, plan, and deliver within sprint-based cycles
