Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a senior QA/Automation specialist focused on AI/ML platforms. You will design and execute tests for GenAI and LLM-based solutions, validate API integrations, and help ensure reliability across AI services.

The role requires 5–7+ years in QA, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). You will collaborate with AI engineers, support CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to scalable testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in QA / Automation Testing with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLMs, prompt testing, and agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and non-deterministic AI behavior.

Responsibilities

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationUnderstanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.

What are we looking for?

• Test LLM-based and GenAI applications for accuracy, consistency, and relevance
• Validate agentic and multi-agent workflows (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, tool calling)
• Perform API and integration testing for AI services and downstream systems
• Conduct bias, safety, and Responsible AI testing
• Execute performance, scalability, and reliability testing for AI systems
• Build and maintain automated AI test suites using Python
• Integrate AI testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with AI engineers to debug and improve AI quality
• 5–7+ years in QA / Automation Testing, with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI
• Strong Python skills
